I find mediation statements helpful, but they are not required. If you intend to provide a statement in advance of the mediation, please send it to mediations@overstreetjohnson.com several days prior to the scheduled date with a copy to Jasmine King, my mediation assistant, at casemanager@overstreetjohnson.com.

If you are short of time or would prefer to have a telephone call, please contact me and we can verbally discuss issues in advance of the mediation. A brief discussion in advance is exceedingly helpful and can help advance the mediation.
